We are committed to ensuring that our communities are central to the running and governance of the trust.

The board of trustees governs and administers the charity and meets at least quarterly. They are responsible for the governance of the charity and for the use of its funds. In particular, the trustees are responsible for setting the charity’s strategy and policies, and monitoring progress. The Trust employs a Chief Officer who has the delegated authority (within terms of delegation approved by the trustees) for the day to day management of the Bourne Community Hub and Branksome Community Centre. A small team of part time staff to lead on our work in Turlin Moor.
